    Material on the wall has textures in diffuse, reflection, reflglossy and bump slots. They all different and handmade.

    korneevegor.... you are right. I did a custom hdri and managed to get darker shadows. not as dark but I can see the exposer elevating actually helping. I like your walls.... di you use a texture or just a material with a bump on it? This the scene with the bed with the dark grey pillows with the single light buld over head

    Thxs for the reply. Good info. I tried replicating the scene with my one of my own interiors. No matter what i use, the shadows do not come out as dark as yours. But interresting info. Great job on your realism.

    Hi Syrom. That shadows is nothing special. I think they become so dark because of curtain. For light I use only my handmade HDRi, that is all. No portals or any other lights. Curtain block a lot of light, that is why I use very high exposure (250-300). Maybe it is a reason.

    How did you get the shadows to be real dark on the 3rd room pic? I cant seem to get it to get that dark. Do you mimd sharing your lighting setup or just mention how it was set up. Thxs a million if you do.
