Andrey, based on the current situation unfortunately it looks like payments via credit card/PayPal won’t work for a long time, maybe years.
What is your plan for the future?

Hey Rob, the good thing is there's alternatives to paypal and I'm sure they're looking into those. Here are a few examples that are shown to still be supported in Russia. Yandex, Beeline, MegaFon PJSC, QIWI Wallet, Sberbank, and Sticpay. And these other options included in these links might support Russian companies's online payments, but I haven't checked

I spent a few minutes finding these and I'm sure the list of alternatives are more and possibly much better than the ones I provided.
