Just wondering if we could get Velocity maps, Im working on a shot where a car is driving up a mountain, the camera is travelling at the same speed as the car, theres rocks in the foreground made with Fstorm scatter. Theres a smoke sim behind the car, this has to be rendered separately as there's no vdb support. I would render velocity maps in corona or scanline but I would have to convert a pretty big scatter to geometry.
So motion blur is the thing that sells this shot but can only use RSMB after the fact and without the velocity maps it just doesn't look as good as it could.
What do you think? is it possible?
