Max Crashes when using rt

after using rt normally for a few minutes as soon as you save while using rt it crashes, not all the time but definitely every session after a few saves on max 2015

You mean save render image or save scene?

scene save, it also crashes when trying to close rt but good thing is max asks me to save a backup copy each time, am getting that constantly now on my gtx 970, maybe that is the issue? the graphics card? i need to buy something usable anyway, i never like gpu rendering until now so i guess its time to get some 1080 tis

GTX 970 is pretty new and should not be a problem. I will try to find the bug.
