    Hi Karba,

    I was playing with an hdr bitmap in environment texture.

    When I change type from mono to color, the light amount change a lot !!!!
    It only appears when importance sampling is checked.

    It is because mono doesn't support high dynamic range. it is clamped.
    I see you use 3ds max gamma 1.0. I would recommend you to use gamma 2.2. FStorm is design for it.

      I'm gamma 2.2 but I forget "Affect Material Editor". Thanks for the advice anyway.

      Tips : for having a greyscale hdr, use a color correction with sat = zero.
      If not compiled in the manual, we should have a sticky post with tips and tricks somewhere in the forum.
