This current project I made has pretty mediocre res - like 2x4K, but theViewer actually puts no limit on it.
Check out these super crisp renders from Recent Spaces Design Studio http://theviewer.co/share/theConstru...7-90e04455b99f
It would take a couple hours to render that on my rig though
Pretty cool! Im working with the Unreal Engine for interiors, look into that. I think thats the future.
Ive seen the stuff they make on Unreal. Its cool - I agree it is the way of the future, but right now you can get that photorealistic quality on a smartphone with full 3D models.
Thats why Im working with panos and GearVR - right now, seems like the best of both worlds

Oh thanks! I will try it later.
And do you know about an offline viewer? not like that online one (the viewer.co)
EDIT: I am using now FSPviewer discovered today, and it's working great!
theViewer.co actually has native apps for Android, iOS and GearVR, which work offline after you initially download the tours. Its pretty cool - create on the online platform and then view offline/online VR or non-VR.
I tried KRpano for a bit, but to me the editor seemed quite complex, not to mention I could not figure out how to get KRpano stuff to work on my GearVR.

That first link is MAD Love it. I dont get it, but its insane enough to leave me breathless. I can see what you mean by settings and features - most of that (music, snow, extra dynamics), I couldnt do on theViewer.co, then again Im not looking for those features when I go for an office presentation.
As for GearVR. No web based solution will work with GearVR, or DayDream for that matter. As soon as the phone goes into the headset it works with two kinds of software
1) Oculus Home for GearVR, along with their inbuilt store, where theViewer resides
2) A standalone GearVR app, which needs to be installed as a separate .apk (this is how theViewer used to be)
KRpano does not offer either. Thats one of my biggest issues with it for professional work - CardBoard and laggy web viewers is not the impression I want to make on my client. I present either in theViewer dedicated app for Ipad, or with my GearVR. That guarantees premium quality, no lag and is way easier than making a full 3D walk through on Unity or Unreal. + after I can share the link and give the client a Cardboard for viewing home with kids or whatever.
Thats just my grief, but at this stage of hardware and software development in VR, Im completely prepared to be wrong. I dont know all the companies and I havent tried all rigs. If KRpano works for your goals, go for it, I dare not say you chose wrong
