BackBurner and License Related

I am currently started using backburner to render for my long animations on other machines, I know I can use Fstormslave to use all GPUs, but there are reasons I have gone the backburner way for this. If I go the backburner way does every machine need a workstation license or is it possible to use the slave license for this?

Network license can be used only for fstorm network slaves rendering. Backburner requires a full license.
