uninstall the software

How can I uninstall the software.??
also are you aware that when you install Fstorm it create entries on the quad menu of 3D Max pushing down anything else that the user created... is there a way to avoid this?

delete FStormRender.bin and FStormRender.dll from 3ds max root folder
delete FStorm.dlr from 3ds max plugin folder
