F-Storm Motion Blur Issue

Hello,

I have an issue with the F-Storm motion blur, It blurs all objects even when the camera moves with the car (the camera linked to the car or create key-frames separately) and normally it shouldn't blur the car. I've tested several things to fix this but couldn't find a way.
What is the problem? please help me to fix this.
Check the attached, the F-Storm version is: v1.5.2j

Yeah! it worked. I thought it should be disable! It seemed that it should be activated for the objects we want to have motion blur.
